The Enfield Soccer Club will be holding a Referee Training Class on Thursday, April 3 from 6:30pm to 9:00pm at the Enfield Public Library. The training class is free of charge and will be conducted by our Referee Coordinator Dick Moynihan. In order to qualify to be a Recreational Soccer Referee you must meet the following requirements:
Must be 12 years of age or older
Must be very dependable & punctual to Referee assigned games
Must be able to travel to assigned games at different facilities; Shaker-Asnuntuck-Mark Twain
Once the training class is completed you will receive an official Referee Badge certifying you as an Enfield Soccer Recreational Referee. You will also be required to purchase an official Referee Uniform Shirt. Information on Referee Shirts will be given at the class. There is no need to make a reservation for the class. If interested just be on time at the Library on April 3.
Enfield Soccer Club has 2 new head coaching opportunities available for the Spring 2014 season. The U13G and U14G teams are looking for head coaches for the spring.
Any interested candidates should contact Bill Foote () and Darren Ketchale (). Please indicate which team you are interested in as well as your coaching and playing credentials. All submissions must be received by March 14, 2014.
We are looking for information from any U15 and Up Boys & Girls Competitive teams in order to determine what we may have for a Spring 2014 league. If you are interested in playing in any of these divisions for the 2014 Spring Season please fill out the below survey so we may better coordinate.
Any person involved in CJSA, state, district, club, or any of its teams, (recreation, classic, premier, ODP), as a coach, assistant coach, manager, volunteer referee, official, administrator, board member, or director, etc. must complete the online CJSA background check.
All coaches, assistant coaches, managers, division managers, and board membersmust go to www.cjsa.org and register. The process takes about 5 minutes.
