Tournament Checklist


PRIOR TO TOURNAMENT:

You will be contacted via email regarding the tournament schedules and maps 1-2 weeks prior to the tournament date. The schedules and field map can be viewed under the tournament section of our website.

All teams must check in on Friday, September 1, 2017 at Dick’s Sporting Goods in Enfield CT.  Please bring the following:
 

1. TEAM ROSTER

Two (2) copies of your certified CJSA roster must be presented at registration. Guest players can be written in at the bottom of the roster with names of absent players crossed out.

2. MEDICAL CONSENT FORMS

You must submit a copy of the medical consent form listing all of the players who will be participating in the tournament.

3. PLAYER PASSES/BOOKS

The ONLY acceptable proof of age will be a VALID CJSA player ID card.  Applicable for U11 and up.


DURING THE TOURNAMENT:
 
For teams that have been pre-approved to register on Saturday, September 2nd, please register at least 45 minutes prior to your first game.  Upon arrival, head to the Main tent for your site (Fermi or Shaker) to check-in with the site coordinator.
 
You will need the following items:
 

  • Two (2) copies of your certified roster.
  • Completed Medical Release form (available on our web site).
  • A valid player pass for all of the players listed on your roster. Applicable for U11 and up.
